2017
Company founded to research and innovate in data centre power and cooling technologies.
2022
Deployed commercial Modular SuperCluster (MSC) in Calgary, Canada with liquid immersion technologies, achieving superior power-use-effectiveness (PUE) and zero water use.
2023
Launched Denvr AI Cloud to serve AI training, inference, and data science clients.
2024
Launched Denvr Private Cloud and Platform Services to provide private AI services. Denvr Platform Services is an on-prem deployment that supports high-densisty AI compute at existing brownfield facilities.
NVIDIA Cloud Partner
As an NVIDIA Cloud Partner, we offer optimized AI infrastructure designed for production workloads — supporting everything from foundation model training to generative AI and next-gen AI agents.
Intel Partner Alliance
Denvr and Intel have partnered to co-develop AI inference and agentic services designed for seamless deployment on-prem and within the Denvr AI Cloud.
Open Compute Project
Denvr supports OCP as the Cooling Environments Technical Committee Chair, and as leads for AI Neocloud and Immersion Requirements workstreams.
We have presented as a keynote speaker at OCP Global 2025 and at OCP regional conferences in Canada and Europe.
